By using our website, www.saberdecor.co.za you agree that all terms and conditions are read and fully understood.

Delivery

Delivery of our products will be via our own inhouse deliver (Area Secunda, Trichardt, Evander, Bethal & Kinross) and via courier service (National), as stipulated in your purchase process. Sabers Decor cannot be held liable for late delivery of the product by the third party courier company. Delivery costs are included in the total cost paid by the customer.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days which are then dispatched and handed over to our courier company who will take about 2-7 working days to deliver your parcel. Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday.

Sabers Decor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please notify us via email stating the issue and our support team will contact you with further arrangements.

We feel confident that you get value for money through buying our products. At all times you’re welcome to contact us for free additional advice and support should it be required.

Payment

Although our customers offer payment at the time of placing their order, it is our policy to only action payments once it has cleared in our account. Should you wish to have a faster delivery time, please kindly do an immediate payment

Data & Privacy

All the information collected from you will be securely stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which this information will be passed to a third party.

Product Sales & Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. All shipping quotes including free delivery is for delivery only within the Republic of South Africa. All prices shown on our website are quoted in South African Rands and are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our products and services from time to time without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products or services ordered by you are not available.

Order Cancellation & Modification

Customers may modify their order up to 24 hours after having placed/submitted their order. Any requests to cancel/modify an order beyond that grace period will not be accepted. Please contact us on 017 638 0396 for cancellations.

Refund Policy

Should goods reach you in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition please contact us within 2 working days and we will happily assist. Please note this policy is void if goods are cut or in any way altered. All tailored goods that have been customised, cannot be returned unless the quality or condition is unsatisfactory. All non-tailored goods may be returned and exchanged for store credit if done so within 2 working days from when goods are received. If any goods arrive in a damaged or unsatisfactory state please report the complaint to our sales department

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of the products that appear on our website accurately. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the device that you use to access our website, we cannot warrant that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Content Errors

We regret that no order will be accepted if we identify a material error in the description of any of our goods or services or their prices on our website.
