Thank you for choosing Sabers Decor for your custom-made blinds. We are committed to providing you with the best quality products and service. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
- All our blinds are made to order according to your specifications and measurements. Therefore, we require a production time of 10 to 15 working days from the date of your order confirmation and payment.
- We ship nationwide using reliable and reputable courier services. The shipping cost will depend on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery address. You will be able to see the shipping cost before you finalize your order.
- We will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your order once it is dispatched. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the courier service. However, we will assist you in resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made blinds, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide us with photos and a description of the problem. We will then arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
